It's nice to be back home!
I had dinner with a couple of frieds, it has been really tough to choose something "diet friedly" from the menu. I am not supposed to eat potatoes and we went to a restaurant specialised in potatoes :-/ I am glad I made it not to eat potatoes, bread, rice or anything tempting.
It's going to be a couple of months without rice, pasta, white bread, fruit, alcohol and sugar. No soft drinks, no wine. The first 2 days I have been starving, now it's getting better. The only allowed carbs are "vollkorn" rye bread and crackers and vegetables. After 10 days I can already tell the difference: I do feel better. I might have lost weight, but have to wait few days to really check, since it's that time of the month right now.
Today I am thankful for: -my nice flat -friends -climbing classes in a few weeks -relaxing holidays I just had -my warm blanket (it's so colt tonight!) -my passion for science
