Okay - back on track.
After a month of eating what I want (and, I must add, feeling like crap), I'm back on Atkins and getting ready for the withdrawl I will have for the next two days!!
Luckily I didn't gain anything - it has been a stressful month. But I've moved and my life is getting back on track - and that includes my commitment to getting myself in shape.
I also hope to reconnect with people who were so supportive of me in February when I started this.
AND it looks like there are a lot of good new recipes!!
