~Brokoli rebus aja
~Trus ayamnya selesai di bersihin di kasih sedikit lada bubuk+ perasan jeruk lemon/jeruk nipis+garam secukupnya aja (tunggu kurang lebih 5menitan,sembaring nunggu rebusan brokoli)
Trus tumis bawang putih yg dicincang pake minyak (sedikiiiiitttt bgt) trus masukin deh ayamnya sambil di aduk sampe warnanya kaya gitu...
~ Ubinya si di rebus jugaaa (ini direbusnya malem biar besok tinggal makan)
