first of all I want to apologize to all my buddies here on fatsecret. it's not that I haven't been losing weight, which I really haven't but I just haven't been on here as often as I should be. my wii and my novel have been taking up a majority of my time. as well as facebook, twitter, etc. (huge time-wasters those)

so with this new challenge of 30 minutes in 30 days I'm totally in! I can do this!

my wii fit plus has given me the ability to work out for long periods of a time and to know what I've done and burned. it's a nice treat for me. I'm feeling thinner and my pants are getting shorter.

for me right now it's all about being less than 200 when I turn 30 in September. that's like 30 pounds in 16 weeks. which freaks me right out because it's a little under 2 pounds a week. 1.875 lbs to be specific. which seems like a lofty goal and I could never gain which getting close to 225 (the bane of my existence) will be difficult.

225 is that weight that I always see and get close to and then I gain and gain and gain and I can't beat it! I'm just going to have to push harder and do it this time! I am determined to be under 200 in 16 weeks!

You can do it!! Just don't quit. Log the food, drink the water and exercise when you can. Let's punch through 225 and drop under 200. You can, you can , you can.
