Well, it is slow going, but I am sure that despite my efforts, there are hidden calories in foods others prepare or that I eat in a restaurant. This month I only showed a 2 lb weight loss, but if I can lose over the entire holiday season when most people gain, I guess it is okay. I am feeling thinner but know there is a lot more to go. Maybe slowing down is not a bad thing. I always worry that my face will sag.
