Today, I ate more food because my body called for it on Sunday. Really important observation I made is that... this week I chose only foods that highly satiates my appetite.
Recently my favorite foods that satisfy me are: Egg over easy, with Summer Sausages. And Homemade Beef Patty, with Cheddar Cheese, with Raw Green Lettuce. And Hot Soup, & Pepperoni.
I am practicing intuitive eating. Eating only when I am hungry. Eating only my absolute favorites.
Although I dropped 4.6 lb and have 24 pounds to go; I am Super Fascinated by my High Level of Satiety. I Hope that this Satiety remains fairly consistent.
