This whole time after my Appendicitis I thought I should be back to at least walking slowing walking the treadmill which I tried horrible idea lol. But I googled it this morning come to find out it does take some people a lot longer to get back to workout routine!! I really thought it was just me lol my doctor did say probably not until the new year...I see him on Monday see what he says but it’s really starting to bug me that I can’t do anything lol grrr...
