On Monday, September 24th, I was back up to 195. I put on the brakes and started dieting on Tuesday. I am already down to 190.8. No alcohol, counting calories and writing a journal of everything that goes in my mouth and then adding up the calories. Not really following a structured diet plan. I will try this for a while and see how it works.
