I do not know where this week went! I know work was a big pain in the --- and I was going to the city pool ever evening but it didn't seem like I had time for anything. Didn't even cook anything beyond eggs. I stayed on the plan and exercised most days. Somehow I still dreading to weigh in the morning......
Maybe I'll get chance to fix the pecan crusted chicken this weekend.
