i had dangerously high cholesterol and high blood pressure when I started my diet and my doc wanted me to take a pill to but I said no. I said i'm not taking a pill until I have dieted and lost weight and tried to do it the normal and natural way first and if dieting doesn't work alone then I will consent to. My doc didn't really like it but she listened and I scheduled another appt after being on my diet program for 4months and both my cholesterol and blood pressure were completely normal even slightly below. NO meds needed.
