I haven't been on FS in a couple of days. Bc I have been spending my time with WW online. But I will start to make my way back over here. I just joined the "Lose 10 lbs in a Month" and it starts tomorrow. I would really love to drop 10 lbs by July. I just have to work hard.
Today was the 1st day since I started WW over a wk ago that I didn't go over my points. It was a good feeling, if only I was able to get in the gym, my day would have been even better. I said I was going to get 15 AP this week, so I get I'll be spending plenty of time in the gym. I'm sure if I keep this up, I will def see a loss on Saturday's WI. I'm looking forward to it.
