diet gak takut makan di luar, asal tetep hitung kalori, meski kira2 😂 (ga bawa timbangan say) wkwk moga konsisten lg setelah 5 bln lebih off diet dan olahraga naik 2.6kg tapi badan melebar, otot ku??? ilang 😵 btw FS bener2 bantu kontrol makan n ngemilku
