Hai guys, kalo ada yg punya resep masak ayam tapi yg low calorie bisa tolong share ? Soalnya bosen lama2 masak dada ayamnya begitu begitu terus akutuu jadinya kepikiran makanan lain terus 😂😅 terimakasih
