Did everything right yesterday,consumed water, ate right, walked 3 miles, but still gained a pound. Not sure how that happened but not gonna stress on it. Todays a new day!!!

OK. I'm thrilled that you are not going to stress it! Think of it this way. YOU know you followed your plan, so, if you were at exactly 200 and you drank 3 16 oz bottles of water, then stepped back on the scale, you would SHOW a "gain" of 3 pounds!!! NOT!!! :)

Thanks for comment steviefan1, I'm also thinking that I need to limit the days I step on the scale, but whenever I go to the bathroom I just hear it calling my name :)
