Thursday is "my night out" and i didnt do horrible with food or drink. Not great; but not horrible. Food is limitied choices so i had cheese sticks. and drink - some wine and a few shots. I did not wear the 'ol irish handcuffs (a drink in each hand) and i really went slow, well...slower than usual. I didnt go horrible over daily allowance by any standards, and i did drink 3 glasses of water too. I am sure there is a drink or two i forgot to record, because now i remember my friend Petron' was in the mix too.
The old me would have doubled what i took in last night, and drank every night of the week. The new me, i am down to three nights a week, and in January i pledge to stop (except for the superbowl) and practice walking rowing machine.
