2minggu sy diet garam turun sekitar 7kg, 2 minggu kmudian sy mkn normal pagi dn mlm mkn yg lowkalori, siang sy mkn normal tp krgin nasi. g mkn dn mnum mknan mnis. gtu doang ka..olhrga jrang klo smpet aja, krnasy mrasa udh cape ngurus 2 anak
