My problem is when I start to drink I can't stop... I had 8 tequila shots last night 😣

I know, i have my moments of shots. Dont worry, own it, stay hydrated with a lot of juices and smoothies and tomorrow you will feel better. The only way not to feel bad about it to leave time between your drinking, like every two weeks or so, so you can recuperate, clean your body and loose the weight. Its fine dont worry we all need to party. I do it, you do it, the other person does it. I just oblige myself to do it max 2 times a month. This way i let go and i dont feel bad. All the love. Im here for you. For now, watch a movie that will make you feel great. I just started to watch my shame movie “love actually”. 🙈
