I participated in a health screening at work today. My blood lipid profile is perfection. Cholesterol is 143, Blood Pressure 99/72. I'm a healthy kid!! Working out really pays off!!

The advice I received was to drink 1/2 my body weight in oz of water per day. I don't think I'm doing that now. That would be 93 ounces per day.

Great news on the health check. As far as the water is concerned, I would do my best to drink at least this much of water, especially since you are working out. You will not believe how much better you will feel as well as how much it helps in losing.

Thank you KMartin, I have a water bottle at work that's 32 ounces. I will make it a point to drink at least two of those during the day while I am at work, and I will work my way up to three. That will give me 96 ounces during the workday and the rest before and after work will be gravy. I have a filtered water pitcher here so this goal should not be a problem. :-)
