It has definitely been a challenge to lose weight. After I had my son i was smaller than before I had him and being that I never really exercised before that I didn't think i had to change.. however my eating habits changed.. I had to eat more because my body got used to that and now I am 184. Granted I have lost 10 lbs I still need to lose another 10-15 to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. And another 25 to get to my ideal weight.. ugh
