Not at all happy with my 1.7 kg gain!! but I can only blame the temptations of the festive season! back on track today 💪💪💪

92.6 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg. Still to go: 12.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
