Well this is it! One year ago I weighed in at the most I’ve ever weighed:303. Today, I weighed in at 263. 40 pounds less! I was as low as 254, but with a holiday or relaxed eating and activity added a few pounds, as I expected.
I’m looking forward to similar progress in the next year. I used to weigh 220 when I was in my 30s. I hope to get there, wish e luck.
