Hello and HAPPY NEW YEARS ALL. I haven't been on in A few weeks because I got sick and then things got A little crazy around here with the holidays. I am now feeling better and things have quieted down. I am ecstatic to say that I got some new pants for Christmas and I went from wearing A 5X to A size 18. My roommates mom and aunt picked them out knowing I lost weight and figured I was down to an 18 and they were right. I feel great knowing this. My blood sugar has come down to normal as well as my cholesterol. I am feeling real good about it all. I am really encouraged to keep it going to reach my goal weight. I had A doctors appointment yesterday and their scale says that I weigh 225.
