too much stress in my life right now. I have been eating pretty healthy, but have been eating wheat bread. Sometimes when I eat breads of any,my weight loss slows down, however I still lost weight. I am eating 100% whole wheat with flax seed, and it is sugar free. It is a little more expensive but it is good bread. I have also been eating a lot of fruit. Makes my body feel engerized..SO I am trying....how is everyone else doing?
109.3 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have found bread that has 5g net carbs per slice. It is really good. You can have one slice per meal and not go too much over your carb limit. I can't because I'm allergic to wheat, but you might try it.
