Finally, a loss! Well, after last week disastrous results.... About time! Clearly, even some tracking helps and the 2 walks (25,15 km) did me good. Realised that the walking has to be done in the afternoon, otherwise the baby's sysstem is messed up for days. Lesson learned :) Will be better this week
