I treated myself to a couple pair of cross trainer sneakers and two workout outfits. My feet were hurting in the gym Thursday, I realized my sneakers were old and worn even though they still look decent.

I value my feet so I hornored them today. I got some special insoles for them too for added comfort/stablity.

I'm ready to kick my workouts up another notch now.
