YEAH the numbers started dropping again! This has been a pretty good week. I've been to the gym alot, I've totally stayed within my points and I'm not always starving anymore. I am finding that I am enjoying the gym more. Sometimes I still struggle to go but once I'm there and working out - I kinda like it! Happy Day! I've really started to notice how much better I feel. I have more energy, I feel better about myself and I sleep better. I slept great before but now I feel more refreshed when I wake up. I've been wishing the last few days for a bike or a dog so I can get outside and exercise. I LOVE it!
