Maybe you just need to satisfy the craving? I keep 85% low-sugar chocolate on hand, 100 calories worth usually does it for me.

Liv001 is most likely correct. Chocolate is one of the best sources of magnesium there is. Read ‘The Magnesium Miracle,’ by Dr. Carolyn Dean.

Depending on the nut, you could be short selenium as well.🙋🏻

Make Fat Bombs for those cravings and you will not only satisfy them, you will crush them. The no carb (no sugar poison) and wicked high healthy fat will keep you full longer and kill the craving. Check out my journal post on the Fat Bombs for the recipe. They saved my life.

Possibly low magnesium or if it’s around the time of your monthly cycle that could cause cravings too.

Yes my monthly cycle is due. I have tons of energy. Went shopping. Got a kohls card. First credit card I've ever owned. Lol. Had a good day. Gave in reasonably to the craving. Hopefully it will go away.
