ok today is my third day of detox lovely I am not hungry I am not cheating, shoot I am not evern thinking about cheating. If I want to eat I do I will eat a fruit cup or maybe a smoothie. 9 days is nothing. Skinny jeans here I come. Been watching a show I just found on Bravo workout and its funny the workout moves that the trainers are using are exactlly like Tony Hortons P90X moves. How lovely that I am not having to pay 400 hundred bucks everytime he whips me into shape. I am high on life people I have never felt so inspired about achieving a goal.
