I cheated.
I feel bad. It totally wasn't worth it.
It's just not fair. I work out at the gym and they have all these TV's. This stupid jack in the box advertisement for the pub burger came on at least 10 times while I did my workout. My boyfriend urged me to eat it, it would be ok right?
I've failed myself, and to those that I inspire.
Tomorrow I will gain weight. I've accepted my fate. But I won't go off plan again.
