Gosh I know I’ve been snacking before and I’ve thought I have eaten loads before but now using this app has just made me realise how unhealthy so much food is and how fatty it is without me realising !! I feel so awful about myself for letting myself put all of it into my body,, Does anyone have any foods that they would recommend that are actually good for you ??
