Once again I am up a little, but it's cool..things have been very crazy again....the only exercise I have been getting is playing softball and volleyball, which is great, but I think I need more. I need to get my butt back into the gym and get my cardio in..I know that helps me a lot! I have yet to go shopping which I am planning on doing very soon. I am tired of my pants looking like I got them out of a strangers closet! Eating has gone very well for me still. Not following 100%, kind of do my own thing, but still eating a lot of what is required during the day, then at night kind of do my own thing. It is really working for me though and I am not getting all stressed about not doing it 100%. I am very comfortable with where I am and I think that is why I am not being hard on myself...but I would really like to get back in the gym...I know stop talking and do it...I am going too...next week..LOL!!! Hope everyone is going good!
