最近一直想吃乾麵,
但外食乾麵熱量高,
加上又在減脂的我,

動動腦於是乎

完成了這道《維力蒟蒻乾麵》,

🎈少許些維力麵醬,
🎈一包旭家蒟蒻麵,完成~

卡路里才130大卡左右喔!!!
滿足了我對乾麵的口腹之慾,
大家可以試試看^^

ps前晚一先拌好,冰冰箱後更入味好吃🤤
