Had a 12lb gain through December totally made wrong choices and boy did I pay the consequences of body aches and pains. So I had to get back to basics I’ve lost 8 past 2 weeks - still back tracking. I’m determined to get the last 15lbs off so I’ve lowered my macros to 80 fat grams 80 protein gram and 5 carbs or less! Lesson learned that’s for sure!
