Whats 14 days if you can drop a decent amount of weight and set you up for a successful new lifestyle! 14 days...nothing. You can do it. Be sure to use your food journal here, Ive seen that help a lot of people, me included. Journal often and dont ever hesitate to ask questions or even vent...so many people here can relate.
