I'm cleaning out my kitchen tomorrow for the south beach diet. I'm not going to buy anymore of the sweets and chips I usually eat. This is going to be tough, I hope I can do it. I'm sick of the weight!

The first 14 days are so important! Stay true to the plan and soon your cravings will be gone! Whats 14 days if you can drop a decent amount of weight and set you up for a successful new lifestyle! 14 days...nothing. You can do it. Be sure to use your food journal here, Ive seen that help a lot of people, me included. Journal often and dont ever hesitate to ask questions or even vent...so many people here can relate.
