I have been doing the Fat Smash diet since last monday January 11, 07 I totally followed the diet phase 1 until we went to Vegas for the weekend however all is not bad because I pretty much followed the diet cheated only once. Did not do any buffets no fast food except the first night we got there. shared a couple of bites of my husbands sandwhich and I had a regular omlette no egg whites available for me to eat. Still not too shabby. Had sauted vegies from every restaurant we dined at.
Even though I strayed a bit still doing very well. I weighed only because i knew I had ate a couple of things that I was not suppose to. I still had lost six pounds in a week. Woo Hoo. Back on 100% working out five days a week at least 45 min to an hour. I feel really really good I plan to probably not go back to eating very much meat this has not been as hard as I thought it would be.
