I'm back from my quick California trip. 3 days of fun-filled adventure. We went to LA Union Station, rode the subway to Hollywood and saw the Chinese theater, the Hollywood hills sign, went to Hollywood and Vine, Chinatown, the beach, the harbor. It was all fun! It wasn't at all what I was expecting. I let myself eat whatever I was hungry for. We were so busy that there wasn't time for snacking. I did have regular Pepsi and Dr. Pepper though. We ate at Philippe's (a famous French dip sandwich shop), authentic Chinese food in Chinatown, a seafod place in the harbor with an AWESOME salsa bar! It was great. I weigh-in tomorrow, but did a quick check this morning and had only gained 1.2 lbs. I was going to fast today, but I am not good at that, but I am back to recording what I eat. Only 2 weeks until our trip to the lovely (oil-filled) beaches of FL.
