okay well, the good news is I had a fantastic weekend. the bad news is, I am up 3.2 pounds *facepalm* which makes my weight loss that much harder.
our town celebrated it's 100 year anniversary and it made exercising and eating right nearly impossible! but that's going to change. I am gung ho on this now!
writing what I eat, burning calories, drinking water! I WILL be below 200 pounds by the time I hit my birthday. I WILL!
