Kalo buka puasa tuh gimana caranya biar ngga defisit terlalu banyak yah. makan udah banyak plus makan cake juga. masih dibawah 1000cal

kalau ga benci sama kacang tanah. ngemil itu kal tinggi. yaah.. ga termasuk makanan ga sehat kalau kcbtanah. itu cara sy.dr pd cake yg tepung gampang buncit perut.itu tubuhku loh ya :-)
