@all.. hallo salam kenal semua. Dietku biasa2 aja guys. Pagi sarapan oatmeal/ roti gandum (pake telor ceplok digoreng pake minyak dikit aja, garem dikit aja, merica bubuk), siangnya makan nasi maks 5 sendok sma sayur dan lauk pauk seadanya, masih suka ngemil jg tapi tetep kalo bisa jgn lebih dr kalori yg seharusnya, malemnya ga makan nasi, cuma buah atau sayuran, atau lauk aja. Olahraganya cuma zumba karena ga kuat cardio, atau hiit atau apalah itu yg keras2 😂

@indahkalolaa pernah denger maksimal sebulan tuh bagusnya cuma 4kg kak, kalo ga salah sih ya. Pernah lihat di video yulia baltschun. Intinya jgn sampai kalori defisit banyak banget, takutnya berbahaya malah bisa sakit. Paling tdk kalori defisit 10-20% dari kalori maksimal sehari
