Day 2 of the ABC diet, calorie limit was 500, but I consumed only 325 because I was rushing all day and only had time to have a peach apple carrot fruitsations in the morning and a small pork chop in mushroom soup gravy w/ rice and veggies for dinner. My calorie limit for today is 300, but since I was under the limit for the first 2 days, I'm going to cheat a little bit today and have a bagel with light cream cheese (320kcal) and have a subway salad for dinner. Will update my calories at the end of the day!! :)
