one pound..lol, in 24 days,alrighty then!...kinda pathetic really, i was planning on kicking it up a notch anyway, but this confirms it... i did get to the 10 pound "Star" at Curves...geez only took almost a year.its probably just hair and bone loss at my age!I think my tendons are contracting from non-use. Time To Move! Curves in the morning!
