i've decided to get back into going to the gym.. bleh. I dont have any cooking to do tonight so it shouldnt be too hectic.
Speaking of which, i have no idea what i'm eating tonight. I cooked the last of my veggies last night, maybe i'll swing by kroger and pick up a few things.
Anyways, as i was saying... as much as I loathe going to the gym, it really is my only excercise option right now. Maybe not my only option, but my best option. I really do need to get a good workout in, havent had one in a while. I'm supposed to be doing 'the shred' with a few girls at work, but excercising at 9:00 at night after i've eaten dinner and 20 minutes before i go to bed is just not my thing. Between the 2, i'd rather go to the gym, get it done early and get some 'me time' in the process.
