I'm moving and a groovin'. really getting in my water seems to be curbing my hunger. So far that is helping! Woo Hoo!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Water is pretty crucial to losing the weight. I have also started adding just a little more 'pep to my step'. Instead of walking straight to the bathroom, kitchen, whatever I find a really long way around - It hasn't added a whole lot of steps to my daily routine, but it definitely hasn't hurt either! Remember, as long as you never quit, you can never fail!
