I stayed on plan yesterday - even with a book club meeting ( always a previous downfall ) It really helped that I had a generous number of points saved (6) so that I could have wine, a small slice of bread and some grapes. I also sat away from the food, and asked for tea in the end.
I am beginning to enjoy the increase in veggies and fruit as well.
This time, I feel like I am in the right frame of mind about losing weight.
