Buka jendela makan, nasi 200 gr, kentang 94 gr, kemangi 100 gr, dimasak pake bumbu Betutu, minyaknya dikit aja, tetep pake garam dan penyedap. Sepiring ini kira2 500 kcal. Dijamin kenyang, enak, tahan tanpa ngemil sampe makan sore nanti, dan TETEP DEFCAL.
