Built a new computer. I bought the new computer parts at newegg.com and spent yesterday putting it together. My snappy new computer runs Windows 7 Ultimate AND Apple Mac Mountain Lion!
Weight loss trending downwards again. I think part of the culprit in my weight loss battle had been constipation. Anyway, back on the road down again.
No thoughts of the day today as I am cleaning up the mess I made in the basement in assembling my new computer and I am also having work done to the house (my awesome contractor is hard at work!).
Sunny and surprisingly warm in NYC!

Yup - you have to add fiber to your diet through fruits and veggies - those type of carbs cancel themselves out - blackberries, strawberries, sweet potato, green beans,all have good fiber and nutrients!

I didn't really want to bring it up but the keeping regular is an issue for me too. I am eating all kinds of fibre, fruit, veg, chia seeds, ground flax, etc, but I feel like I am not getting rid of what I am ingesting, and feel backed up. I have even added psyllium to drinks but alas no regularity. It can be quite annoying and uncomfortable. I guess I need to really pump my self with water to keep it all moving. I am a bit frustrated considering I am eating so much more roughage than I used to -it's almost like my body is protesting not having all the simple carbs it used to have ;)

OH! I forgot to mention the water! They say to drink minimum of half your body weight - so, Gabe would drink over 100 ounces per day - try it tomorrow when you are home and can toilet regularly until you get used to high consumption of water!

Assembling and mixing computers is awesome and it's fun! It used to be my part time job as a teenager! :) I hope you enjoyed it!
