Would anyone say 50g of cheese is bad I’ve had such a craving for cheese today so cut this much up and it’s done the trick...but feeling guilty now...

don't stress, we all have those moments. I just tried 30% less fat cheese from Asda this week, it's rather nice!

when I crave cheese I try to cut myself off just a sliver..10 Gram or so!

Hi charbettle, I am a real cheese monster 😂 and I crave cheese all the time but since starting my calorie controlled eating plan I have to cut back. I have factored in 2 babybel lights (84 cals) every day as a snack and I think it's doing the trick plus I'm getting a bit of calcium, which I have heard is good for helping to lose weight. The best thing about being on this calorie controlled eating plan is we can eat what we want, and enjoy what we are eating x

It was 11% of my RDI I have no idea! I have no idea what macros are either!!! It’s all gobbledygoop to me??? I’ve just been making sure I’m keeping my calories under the recommended amount
