didnt make it to the gym last night... i'm a total loser.. Istead i went to the store for veggies, i was completely out. by the time i got home and got everything situated, it was already after 7, the daycare closes at 8 so i thought i'd put it off till today. Today i actually remembered to bring my gym clothes so i wont even have to stop by the house. Just pick up the kiddo and get my @$$ to the gym.
After watching that slaughter house video yesterday, i am completely disgusted with the idea of eating meat. And while it is partly for animal cruelty reasons (only partly because no matter how much meat i DONT eat, these poor animals will still be tortured) but mostly becuase i wasnt that into meat to begin with, and now seeing what these animals that i was eating go through.. its just sickening. But i completely clueless as to what the heck to eat now. its really stressing me out! I'm in a really akward place right now. I'm frustrated with my lack of weight loss, i'm eating exactly how i am supposed to be, so the problem has to be the lack of excercise... and i plan to fix that.
Now it is time for my morning coffee ;)
