Quebrando meu jejum de 18 horas 🤗
Caneca de aveia, iogurte, leite, stevia e chia dormidos ( preparei ontem a noite e deixei na geladeira)
Ai agora cortei uma maçã e joguei um tiquinho de canela e mais chia por cima 😋 Delicia
