Eating has been the biggest eye opener. By following my eating on here shows me exactly what I am getting. It is unbelievable to see that our body uses the food up like a machine. I have been doing zumba for 7 weeks, 1x per week. ( i just started a second time last week) and I am just now starting to see the clothes fitting more loose. The scale is also now moving to a newer direction. I am in this!!
